- Roast chicken with herbs & lemons
- Slow-roasted lamb with rosemary & garlic
- Roast vegetables (pumpkin, duck fat potatoes, onion & sweet potato)
- Gravy & condiments
- Green beans, peas, carrots
- Bread rolls & butter
Dessert
- Plum pudding + custard
Members and guests are to supply their own drinks.
Cost: $45 per person.
